กลับมาในย่านนนทบุรี อีกครั้ง อยากบอกว่าชาวนนทบุเรียนไม่เคยได้หยุดพักเลยกับคาเฟ่ที่เปิดใหม่แบบรัว ๆ โดยวันนี้คาเฟ่ที่เรามาจะเรียกว่าฟิลญี่ปุ่นไหม สำหรับเราเกินกว่านั้นเลยเพราะนี่เหมือนยกเอาคาเฟ่จากโตเกียวมาเปิดยังไงอย่างงั้นเลย ...

นี่คือร้าน Yasu Coffee & More คาเฟ่ไม้ที่จัดการตกแต่งทั้ง Exterior เข้าไปถึง Interior โดยแสดงได้ถึงกลิ่นอายความเป็นญี่ปุ่นที่ทำถึงมาก ๆ แห่งหนึ่งในประเทศไทย ตัวร้านจะมีที่นั่งทั้งด้านในร้าน และนอกร้านที่นั่งบริเวณชานไม้ ได้บรรยากาศสุด ๆ ...

เมนูของที่ร้านจะมีเครื่องดื่มและขนม ของว่างให้เลือกได้พอสมควร ซึ่งเราสั่งมาเป็น Hot Cappuccino มาดื่มพร้อมกับ Pistachio Cheesecake ซึ่งเมล็ดของทางร้านจะมีให้เลือกด้วยกัน 4 ตัว เราสั่งมาเป็น House Blend (Huay Nam Kuan | Chiangrai) เมล็ดนี้จะออกคั่วกลาง กดออกมาติดเข้มพอสมควร ส่วนของเค้กความนุ่มนวล เนื้อเค้กความครีมมี่ หอม หวาน อร่อยมาก ๆ เลย

Back again in Nonthaburi! Honestly, café lovers here never seem to get a break with all the exciting new openings. Today’s café—should we call it Japanese-inspired? For us, it’s even beyond that. It feels exactly like a café straight out of Tokyo!

This is Yasu Coffee & More, a wooden café where both the exterior and interior perfectly capture the spirit of Japan—one of the best executions we’ve seen in Thailand. The seating is available both inside and outside on a wooden terrace, giving off an authentic, cozy vibe.

The menu offers a nice selection of drinks, desserts, and light snacks. We ordered a Hot Cappuccino paired with a Pistachio Cheesecake. The café offers four coffee bean options, and we chose the House Blend (Huay Nam Kuan | Chiang Rai), which is a medium roast with a moderately strong flavor.
