Brunch คือมื้ออาหารที่เรามองว่าเป็นมื้อที่มีอิสระในการสร้างสรรค์เมนูอย่างมาก ด้วยความเป็นมื้อที่เสริมเข้ามาระหว่างอาหารเช้าและอาหารกลางวัน จึงสามารถเป็นได้ทั้งมื้ออาหารว่างเบา ๆ และมื้ออาหารหนักสำหรับคนที่รวบ 2 มื้อมารวมกัน ซึ่งเราจะพบเจอได้ในคาเฟ่หลาย ๆ แห่ง
ร้านที่เรียกว่า Brunch แต่มีเมนูที่เสริฟแตกต่างกัน โดยวันนี้เราได้แวะมาหนึ่งในคาเฟ่ที่เพิ่งเปิดได้ไม่นานมาก (ประมาณ 1 เดือน) บนถนนอโศกมนตรีที่พลุกพล่าน คาเฟ่ร้านนี้มีการระบุอย่างชัดเจนถึงสิ่งที่เป็นตัวตนของร้านนี้อยู่ 3 สิ่ง คือ Brunch, Focaccia และ Coffee ...
นี่คือร้าน AnytimeBKK คาเฟ่บรรยากาศดีที่ไม่เพียงแค่ตกแต่งอย่างสวยงาม แต่เมนูที่ทางร้านเสริฟให้ถือว่าไม่เป็นสองรองใครเช่นกัน เมนูที่เราสั่งมาเรียกได้ว่าขอลองจุดเด่นของทางร้านแบบปะทะกันไปเลยคือ Focaccia Sandwich เป็นไส้ Smoked Salmon ซึ่งพอเราลองแล้วทำให้เข้าใจเลยว่าทำไมร้านนี้ถึงมีลูกค้าวนเข้ามาแบบไม่ขาดเลย เป็น Focaccia ที่ดีงาม พร้อมไส้ที่ถือว่าทำมาได้ดีเช่นกัน
ไม่เพียงเท่านั้นเพราะส่วนของ Coffee ที่เป็นอีกคำภายใต้คำจำกัดความของร้านก็ถือว่าดีเช่นกัน เมนูของเราเป็น Hot Latte ที่ลงตัวเลย กาแฟ Balance ได้ดี เวลาเจอกับนมให้ Body ที่ไม่เข้มหรือไม่จางเกินไป ลงตัวเลยทีเดียว
Brunch is a meal that we view as having great freedom for creativity. As a meal that bridges breakfast and lunch, it can range from a light snack to a more substantial dish for those who prefer to combine both meals into one. We often find Brunch on the menus of various cafes, each offering their unique twist on this mid-morning meal. Today, we visited a newly opened cafe (about a month old) on the bustling Asoke Montri Road. This cafe clearly defines itself by three elements: Brunch, Focaccia, and Coffee. Welcome to AnytimeBKK, a beautifully designed cafe that not only boasts stunning decor but also serves up equally impressive dishes. We decided to try one of their standout items, the Focaccia Sandwich with Smoked Salmon. After the first bite, it was clear why this cafe has been drawing in a steady stream of customers. The Focaccia was exceptional, and the filling was just as well-executed. And let's not forget the Coffee, another key part of the cafe's identity. Our choice, a Hot Latte, was perfectly balanced, with the coffee blending seamlessly with the milk to create a body that was neither too strong nor too weak—just right.
