          Space Utility คือศาสตร์แห่งการจัดวางพื้นที่ที่ทำให้ Area ที่มีอยู่สามารถใช้สอยได้อย่างเต็มที่ ซึ่งบางครั้งคุณอาจไม่เคยเชื่อว่าพื้นที่บางแห่งที่ดูไม่ใหญ่มาก แท้จริงแล้วกลับมีการผสมผสานและอยู่ร่วมกันมากกว่า 1 สิ่งอยู่ อย่างเช่น Community Space เปิดใหม่ที่เราเพิ่งไปมา … เราเชื่อว่าหลาย ๆ คนต้องเคยเห็นหรือได้ไปมาแล้วแน่นอนกับ THIRDBASE community space ที่รวบรวมไว้ด้วยร้านขายเครื่องเขียน คาเฟ่ และ Wine Bar (ที่กำลังจะเปิดหลังจากนี้) ตัวเราเองเพิ่งมีโอกาสไปมาเมื่อช่วงสุดสัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมา เป็นหนึ่งใน community space ที่กะทัดรัดพอสมควร แต่ด้วยการวางแผนการจัดวางที่ลงตัวและกลมกลืนกันของ 3 ร้านค้าอย่าง “studio360th” “thatsmy.spot” และ “wuunwine” ทำให้พื้นที่นี้กลายเป็นอีกหนึ่งสถานที่ที่ดูดี Perfect เลยทีเดียว … ลูกเล่นการตกแต่งร้านถือว่าทำได้ดี น่ารักเลยทีเดียว โดยส่วนของเราวันนี้ขอเจาะไปทางร้าน “thatsmy.spot” ซึ่งคือคาเฟ่ที่ตั้งอยู่ในร้านนี้ เมนูที่มีให้บริการจะเป็นเครื่องดื่มเป็นหลัก ในบางวันจะมีขนมของว่างด้วย แนะนำให้สอบถามทางร้านได้เลย เราสั่งมาเป็น Hot Latte โดยพี่ Barista ถามว่าเราชอบกาแฟแนวไหน ซึ่งเราเองบอกไปว่าได้หมดเลยอยากให้ทางร้านจัดมาให้ และไม่ผิดหวังเลย Latte ที่ได้รับมาคือดีมาก มิติของกาแฟที่จะมีความ Fruity หอม Aroma ผสมกับนมดีงามสุด ยอดเยี่ยมเลยทีเดียว ที่ร้านจะมีบริการที่นั่ง 2 ชั้น ลูกค้าสามารถเลือกนั่งได้ตามความสะดวกเลย

          Space Utility is the art of organizing and utilizing areas to their full potential. Sometimes, you might be surprised how a seemingly compact space can actually host more than one function in harmony. Just like this new community space we recently visited… You’ve probably seen or even been to THIRDBASE, a newly opened community space that brings together a stationery shop, a café, and an upcoming wine bar—all under one thoughtfully designed roof. We had the chance to drop by over the weekend, and though the space is quite compact, the layout and synergy between the three brands—studio360th, thatsmy.spot, and wuunwine—make the entire place feel well-designed and impressively functional. The space itself is adorably styled with clever décor details. Today, we focused on “thatsmy.spot”, the café located within the community. The menu mainly features drinks, and on some days, light snacks or desserts are also available—best to check in with the staff. We ordered a Hot Latte and were asked by the barista what flavor profile we preferred. We said we were open to anything, so they crafted one for us—and it didn’t disappoint. The latte had a fruity and aromatic flavor profile that paired beautifully with the milk. Truly excellent. The café also offers two floors of seating, so you can pick your preferred spot and settle in comfortably.
