ก่อนที่เราจะมาฮอป จริง ๆ เราเป็นสาย Bakery มาก่อนแหละ โดยไม่ใช่คนทำ แต่เป็นคนกินที่ชอบขนมปังและเมนู Bakery หลากหลายชนิดมาก ๆ อะไรตรงกระแสเราจะไปกินไปลองให้หมด ซึ่งแน่นอนว่าช่วงนี้พอเป็นกระแสของ Shio Pan มีหรือที่เราจะพลาดได้ จัดไป โดยวันนี้เราแวะไปมาอีก 1 ร้านเปิดใหม่ที่ทั้งบรรยากาศดี น่ารัก และ Bakery กับกาแฟยังดีอีกด้วย... ร้าน August Bakes คาเฟ่ Bakery กับ Shio Pan หลากหลายแบบ ตั้งแต่ Classic ไปจนถึงไส้คาว - หวาน เราเลือกสั่งมาทั้งทานที่ร้านและกลับบ้านหลายชิ้นมาก ๆ ซึ่งที่ร้านเราสั่งมาเป็น และ Coffee Crust Shio Pan พร้อมด้วย Egg Tart ส่วนกลับบ้านเพิ่ม Original, Charcoal 4 Cheese และ Double Choc Shio Pan โดยรวมเลยคือสั่งทานได้ทุกแบบจริง ๆ แป้งที่กรอบนอก เนื้อในชุ่มฉ่ำ ตัว Original ดีงามแล้ว ตัวไส้คือยอดเยี่ยม Premium สุดในใจเราเลยคือตัว Charcoal 4 Cheese Shio Pan อร่อยมาก ๆ ตบท้ายที่ขาดไม่ได้เลยคือกาแฟ Hot Latte ที่ถือว่าโอเคเช่นกันเลย แนะนำเลยถ้าใครอยากลอง Shio Pan อร่อย ๆ นี่คืออีกหนึ่งร้านที่ไม่ควรพลาดเลย
Before we got into café hopping, we were actually bakery lovers first — not the ones who bake, but the ones who eat! We love all kinds of bread and bakery items, and whenever something becomes a trend, we make sure to go out and try it. So of course, with the Shio Pan craze going strong, there’s no way we’d miss out. Today, we visited a newly opened spot with a lovely atmosphere, cute vibe, and amazing bakery and coffee. The place is called August Bakes, a bakery café offering a wide variety of Shio Pan, from classic styles to sweet and savory fillings. We ordered both for dine-in and take-home (a lot of pieces, actually!). At the café, we had the Coffee Crust Shio Pan and an Egg Tart, and for takeaway we added the Original, Charcoal 4 Cheese, and Double Choc Shio Pan. Honestly, every flavor is worth trying. The outer crust is nice and crisp, and the inside is moist and flavorful. The Original is already really good, but the filled versions are next level. Our personal favorite — and the most premium in our opinion — is the Charcoal 4 Cheese Shio Pan. It’s absolutely delicious.And of course, we finished off with a Hot Latte, which was also pretty solid. If you're looking to try some seriously good Shio Pan, this is one spot you definitely shouldn’t miss!
