ในธุรกิจร้านกาแฟ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นร้านเล็ก หรือ Chain ใหญ่ เมื่อถึงเวลา “การแตกหน่อ” คือสิ่งที่แสดงได้ถึงศักยภาพที่มีจากเริ่มแรกที่อาจจะมาด้วยสิ่งที่แตกต่างไป แต่เมื่อมีอีกสิ่งหนึ่งเกิดขึ้นมาและทำได้ดี การขยายออกไปเพื่อพัฒนาสิ่งสิ่งนั้นให้ดียิ่งขึ้น จะทำให้กลุ่มธุรกิจนั้นแข็งแรงยิ่งขึ้นเช่นกัน เช่นเดียวกันกับคาเฟ่ที่เราพามาวันนี้ เป็นเหมือนการแตกหน่อเพื่อเจริญงอกงามเพิ่มเติมมาในอีกสาขาหนึ่ง ร้าน Palate Coffee Roaster คาเฟ่และโรงคั่วกาแฟเปิดใหม่ จากเดิมที่เป็นเพียงร้านอาหาร วันนี้ได้ทำการเปิดเป็นส่วนกาแฟแยกออกมา โดยตั้งแยกออกมาจากร้านอาหาร Fat Belly ตัวร้านของคาเฟ่มีขนาดกว้างพอสมควรเลย ตกแต่งได้ฟิลดีมาก มีความอบอุ่นด้วย Warm tone จากการใช้ไม้เป็นส่วนประกอบ เข้ากันกับสีขาวเทาแซมเขียวเข้าไปเป็น Element ดูดีมาก ๆ เลย
ส่วนของเมนูที่ร้านมีทั้งเครื่องดื่ม ขนม ของว่าง ไว้ให้บริการเยอะพอสมควรเลย ซึ่งส่วนของกาแฟมีเมล็ดให้เลือกทำได้ทั้งแบบ Espresso และ Slow bar ตามที่ต้องการได้หมดเลย ส่วนของเราคือ Hot Latte ทานคู่กับเค้กรสชาติดี ทั้งกาแฟและเค้กเข้ากันได้ลงตัวดีเลยทีเดียว

But when another element is added and done well, expanding to develop that further makes the business stronger. Just like the café we visited today, it's like branching out to thrive and grow beautifully in another branch. Palate Coffee Roaster, a café and coffee roastery, has opened a new branch separate from its original restaurant, Fat Belly. The café itself is spacious and beautifully decorated, with a warm tone from the wooden elements complementing the grayish-white color scheme with a touch of green, creating a very pleasing aesthetic. As for the menu, they offer a wide variety of beverages, pastries, and snacks. Their coffee selection includes beans for both espresso and slow bar, catering to different preferences. We had a Hot Latte paired with a delicious cake, and both the coffee and cake complemented each other perfectly.
