          หลังจากสร้างกระแสการมาเปิดสาขาแรกในกรุงเทพมหานครจนร้านแตกกันไปแล้ว และวนไปเปิดสาขาใหม่ย่านลาซาล วันนี้คาเฟ่ที่ส่งตรงมาจากริมชายหาดพัทยาอย่างร้าน Sunset Coffee Roaster ยังเข้ามาเขย่าวงการคาเฟ่ในกรุงเทพมหานครแบบไม่ผ่อนแรงกันเลย โดยสาขาใหม่ที่เพิ่งเปิดสด ๆ ร้อน ๆ อีกครั้งนี้ตั้งอยู่ย่านลาดพร้าว บนถนนนาคนิวาส หรือ ลาดพร้าว 71 ซึ่งสาขานี้จะมี Design ที่แตกต่างกันออกไป แต่ยังคงความเป็นเอกลักษณ์ที่ให้กลิ่นอายการตกแต่งที่คล้ายคลึงกันอยู่ ลักษณะร้านมาในรูปแบบของตัว L มีส่วนของ Counter สั่งเครื่องดื่มเป็นโซน Welcome แรก ยังคงมีส่วนของ Merchandise ที่ให้ลูกค้าซื้อของรวมถึงเมล็ดกาแฟแบบต่าง ๆ กลับบ้านได้ด้วย และส่วน highlight เลยคือโซนที่นั่งที่จัดแบบ Theater หันหน้าเข้าไปที่เครื่องเล่นแผ่นเสียงและลำโพงคู่บรรยากาศแบบนั่งดื่มกาแฟพร้อมรับฟังเสียงเพลงเพราะ ๆ ในวันชิว ๆ ได้เลย ต่อมาส่วนของเมนูยังคงมีจัดเต็มไม่ต่างจากสาขาวงเวียนเสด็จพ่อ Opitimus Prime เราสั่งมาวันนี้เป็น Hot Latte ดื่มคู่กับ Plain Croissant ตัวกาแฟคุณภาพดีเช่นเคยพร้อมตัวเลือกที่หลากหลายสามารถเลือก Match ได้ตามความชอบกับเมนูที่เลือกได้เลย ส่วนของ Croissant จะมีความอบแห้งเลย ตัวแป้งกรอบลึกลงไปถึงด้านใน ให้สัมผัสที่แตกต่างออกไป แต่ยังคงกลิ่นหอมที่โอเคเลย

          After making waves with its first Bangkok location and expanding to Lasalle, Sunset Coffee Roaster, the café originally from Pattaya’s beachfront, continues to shake up the city's café scene. Their newest branch, freshly opened, is located in Ladprao 71 on Nakniwat Road.

          This location features a unique design while still maintaining the signature aesthetic that defines the brand. The café layout follows an L-shape, with the drink counter as the welcoming zone. There’s also a dedicated merchandise area where customers can purchase coffee beans and branded items. The highlight, however, is the theater-style seating facing a vinyl player and speakers, creating the perfect setting to sip coffee while enjoying good music on a relaxed day.

          The menu remains as extensive as their iconic Optimus Prime roundabout branch. Today, I ordered a Hot Latte paired with a Plain Croissant. As always, the coffee quality is excellent, with various options to match different preferences. The croissant, on the other hand, has a crisp, dry texture all the way through, offering a unique mouthfeel while still retaining a pleasant aroma.

          If you're a café lover in Bangkok, this new Sunset Coffee Roaster branch is definitely worth checking out!
