คาเฟ่สไตล์โฮมมี่ เป็นหนึ่งในแนวการตกแต่งและบรรยากาศร้านที่ได้รับความนิยมสูงมากในช่วงหลัง ๆ มานี้ หลายร้านต่างพยายามจัดวาง ออกแบบ และสร้างความอบอุ่นขึ้นมาให้รู้สึกเหมือนอยู่บ้านจริง ๆ แต่สิ่งที่หลายร้านไม่สามารถสร้างได้ "จริง" คือความรู้สึกของการเป็น บ้าน ที่ถูกดัดแปลงมาเป็นคาเฟ่
บ้านที่เต็มไปด้วยเรื่องราว และบรรยากาศของการอยู่อาศัย ที่เวลาเราในฐานะลูกค้าเดินเข้าไปแล้วจะสัมผัสได้ทันทีว่า นี่คือบ้านจริง ๆ เมื่อประมาณ 1 สัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมา มีคาเฟ่เปิดใหม่แห่งหนึ่ง ที่นำเอาบ้านที่เคยอยู่อาศัยจริง ๆ มาปรับให้กลายเป็นคาเฟ่ขนาดเล็ก พร้อมส่งต่อบรรยากาศแบบพ่อ แม่ ลูก
ที่น่ารักและอบอุ่นมาก ๆ Second Home คือชื่อของคาเฟ่แห่งนี้ คาเฟ่เล็ก ๆ ที่ตั้งอยู่ ณ ชั้น 1 ด้านหน้าบ้านขนาดกลาง ตัวร้านเปิดโล่ง เผยให้เห็นห้องโถงภายในบ้านแบบไม่ปิดบังอะไร นี่แหละคือสิ่งที่เราไม่มีวันสัมผัสได้จากคาเฟ่ที่ถูกสร้างขึ้นมาเพื่อเป็นคาเฟ่โดยเฉพาะ
บรรยากาศร้านให้ความรู้สึกเหมือนไปเยี่ยมบ้านเพื่อน เรียบง่าย อบอุ่น เฟอร์นิเจอร์อาจไม่ได้มีดีไซน์เฉพาะตัวหรือราคาแพง แต่พอถูกจัดวางในมุมต่าง ๆ ของบ้าน กลับลงตัวและน่ารักมาก ๆ
ในส่วนของเมนู ที่นี่เสิร์ฟ Filter Coffee เป็นหลัก โดยชุดแรกเป็นเมล็ดกาแฟจากโรงคั่วที่ Singapore (บ้านเกิดของเจ้าของร้าน) และยังมีเมล็ดอื่น ๆ จากโรงคั่วทั่วโลกที่จะเปลี่ยนไปเรื่อย ๆ ตามฤดูกาล ใครที่ชอบกาแฟนมก็มีเมนู White Cold Brew ให้เลือกเช่นกัน ส่วน Bakery เป็น Homemade Banana Cake ที่อร่อยมาก รสสัมผัสดี แสดงให้เห็นถึงความใส่ใจและตั้งใจของคนทำอย่างชัดเจน แม้จะเป็นร้านเล็ก ๆ ที่ไม่ได้มีรางวัลการันตีเต็มตู้ หรือโด่งดังในโซเชียล แต่สิ่งที่ร้านนี้มี คือบรรยากาศที่กินขาด และความใส่ใจที่เรียกได้ว่า Top Class จริง ๆ

About a week ago, a new café opened that truly captures this feeling. It’s set in a house that was genuinely lived in, now transformed into a small café with a sweet, family-like atmosphere—like stepping into a place of mom, dad, and child kind of warmth.
The café is called Second Home. It’s a small setup on the ground floor at the front of a medium-sized house. The space is open, allowing you to see right into the living area. This openness is something that purpose-built cafés rarely achieve—it feels like you’re visiting a friend’s home.
The vibe is simple and comforting. The furniture isn’t designer or expensive, but every piece fits naturally into its corner of the house, creating a charming, lived-in look.
On the menu, the highlight is Filter Coffee, with beans from a Singapore roastery (the owner's hometown) as the starting set. Other beans from around the world will be rotated seasonally.
For milk coffee lovers, there’s White Cold Brew, and for something sweet, don’t miss the Homemade Banana Cake. It’s soft, flavorful, and clearly made with care.
It may be a small, humble café without awards or viral fame, but what Second Home delivers in atmosphere and attention to detail is absolutely top-class.
