“การรวมตัวกันของสิ่งที่แตกต่างแต่เข้ากันได้ดีอย่างลงตัว” นิยามของคาเฟ่เปิดใหม่ที่เราเพิ่งจะได้ไปมา ใน Moment ของการอ่านหนังสือ พร้อมกับการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแก้วโปรดเป็นสิ่งที่คนรักการอ่านมักจะทำในช่วงที่มีเวลาว่าง ซึ่งคาเฟ่ที่เรานำมาให้ดูในวันนี้คือการผสมผสานของร้านหนังสือและร้านกาแฟเข้าไว้ด้วยกันในสถานที่แห่งเดียวกัน ร้าน Black and Milk คาเฟ่ที่เปิดคู่กับร้านหนังสือ “ริมขอบฟ้า” ใน Location ใหม่ย่านจรัญสนิทวงศ์ ตัวร้านกาแฟจะไม่ได้มีขนาดใหญ่มาก เพราะพื้นที่ส่วนมากจะเป็นของร้านหนังสือ ซึ่งวันที่เราไปแอบเช้าเกินไปเราเลยไม่ได้เก็บรูปฝั่งร้านหนังสือมาให้ทุกคนได้ชม แต่ส่วนของร้านกาแฟจัดไปเลยทั้งรูปภายในและเมนูที่เราสั่งมาเป็น Hot Latte กับ Pain Suisse ส่วนของกาแฟถือว่าโอเคเลย Balance ได้ดีทั้ง Body และรสชาติ ส่วนของ Pain Suisse เป็น Croissant แป้งกรอบสอดไส้ Chocolate หอมลงตัวดีเลยทีเดียว
A ‘perfect blend of contrasting elements’—this is how I would describe the newly opened cafe I recently visited. For book lovers, the moment of reading while enjoying a favorite drink is a cherished pastime during moments of leisure. Today, I bring you a unique combination of a bookstore and a cafe in one place. Black and Milk is a cafe that shares its space with the bookstore ‘Rim Khob Fa,’ located in the Charansanitwong area. The cafe itself isn’t large, as most of the space is dedicated to the bookstore. Unfortunately, I arrived a bit too early, so I couldn’t take pictures of the bookstore side, but I’ve captured the cafe’s interior and the menu I ordered. I went with a Hot Latte and a Pain Suisse. The coffee was well-balanced, with a good body and flavor, while the Pain Suisse—essentially a crispy croissant filled with rich chocolate—was wonderfully fragrant and delicious.
